Transaction Password

The transaction password is the one used to confirm external transfer operations.

It is recommended to use a strong password (uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters).

1. Modify transaction password

Go to the page «Settings» and follow these steps:

  • Click on «Modify transaction password».
  • Enter your old password.
  • Enter the new password.
  • Confirm the new password.
  • Then validate by clicking on «Save».

Note:

If you forget your transaction password, click on «Forgot password?».

You will receive an email to reset your password.
